Root Canal Treatment in Gota
Ends the pain of an infected tooth and lets you keep it.

What is a root canal?
Clearing infection from inside the tooth.
The infected pulp inside the tooth is removed, the canals are cleaned and sealed, and the tooth is rebuilt. It relieves the pain and saves your natural tooth.

Good to know
Your questions, answered.
Is a root canal painful?
It is done under local anaesthetic and feels much like having a filling. It is the infection that hurts, and the treatment relieves it.
Why do I need a crown afterwards?
A tooth that has had a root canal becomes more brittle, especially a back tooth. A crown protects it from cracking.
Isn't it easier to pull the tooth out?
Keeping your own tooth is almost always better for chewing and for the teeth around it. Removing it leaves a gap that needs replacing.
